Last Thursday the opening night of Leslie Franke and Herdolor Lorenz’ new documentary on water privatization took place, simultaneously in dozens of cinemas in several European countries. The “politically educating” film says to take a “grass root” perspective on the capitalization of water ressources in France through corporate actors such as Veolia and Suez and how communities deal with this new development.
